Because the product is delivered electronically, all sales are final once the product has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds under limited circumstances:

The file is corrupted or inaccessible
There is a verified technical issue that prevents installation or activation, and our support team is unable to resolve it

3. No Return Policy

As this is a digital product, it cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

4. Order Cancellation

Once the EA file or license key has been sent, cancellation is no longer possible
